Organiser
The Scholarship is organised by Boostly Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12080765), registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ.

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Boostly Bookings Booster Scholarship (the “Scholarship”). By entering, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

• Open only to non-customers of Boostly. This Scholarship is not valid for existing Boostly customers or former clients of Boostly.
• Open to short-term rental hosts, property managers, and hospitality businesses aged 18 or over.
• Not open to employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Boostly Limited.
• Entry is free. No purchase or payment is required.

3. Entry

• To apply, entrants must complete the official online form at [insert link].
• Only one entry per person/business. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
• Entries must be submitted before 18:00 (UK time) on Wednesday, 1 October 2025 (the “Closing Date”).
• Boostly accepts no responsibility for incomplete, late, corrupted, or failed submissions due to technical faults.

4. The Scholarship Award

• One winner will receive the Boostly Bookings Booster Scholarship (the “Prize”), a direct booking growth package with an estimated value of USD $5,000 / GBP £4,000.
• The Prize also includes a full year of Boostly membership fees, valued at USD $1,200 / GBP £950.
• After the first year, the winner may choose to continue as a Boostly member at the standard rate or leave. If they leave, Boostly will provide all website files for the winner to host independently.
• The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If circumstances beyond Boostly’s control make it necessary, Boostly reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be chosen by Boostly in its sole discretion, either at random or based on the quality of entries.
• The winner will be notified via email and/or phone call using the contact details provided.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of first notification, Boostly reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• Boostly’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

6. Publicity

• By entering, applicants consent to their name, business name, and non-sensitive details of their entry being used by Boostly in marketing, case studies, or promotional materials.
• The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity activities.

7. Liability

• Boostly accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating, or for any technical or human error.
• The Prize is provided “as is”. No guarantees are given as to business results or revenue.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Data Protection

• Personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with UK GDPR and Boostly’s Privacy Policy.
• Data will be used solely for the administration of the Scholarship and related promotional activity.

9. General

• Boostly reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Scholarship, or this agreement, at any time without liability.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
